I would first like to thank you for taking the time to explain everything to us that we novices needed to know, as you know we had been looking around for a hot tub and had been to numerous places before spotting your site on the internet, You made us feel at ease and you were not the pushy sales manager that we had experienced in other establishments, You came across as trust worthy and honest, and thus we wanted to buy from you.
The delivery of the tub was on time and you then spent the next few hours monitoring the tub as it filled, You brought with you everything we needed to keep the water in tip top condition and explained what it was we needed to do in the event of a ph drop or gain, or sanitizer drop or gain and also alkaline drop or gai., You then explained to us in plain (no complicated words) English how to work the control panel on the tub. Your customer service was second to none, and it was excellent to see that the person we bought the tub from was actually the same person who came and installed it.10/10. We also know that you provide all the products that we may need to keep our tub in tip top condition and that we can order on line anything that we need.
We have recommended you to all of our friends, your service was 100% couldn't fault anything.

These guy's are fantastic, nothing is too much problem. Very helpful, came at looked at our garden to check for any access problems. Slight problem with the delivery but problem with haulier not with these guy's. Soon sorted with a few calls from Jason.
